1968 Canda coin Set with DHL1 and date appears to be doubled

Description

Canada 1968 coin set issued by RCM.  This was purchased as the DHL#1 variety where both horizon lines on the dollar appear to be doubled.   The date "1968" appears to be doubled (or at least most of it) and it even looks like the word "DOLLAR" below the date may have some letters that are doubled too.
The coins are sealed in original packaging and includes COAs and envelope.  The outer envelope has writing on the right corner (68 DHL1) as seen in first photo.  I used a USB microscope to zoom in to the dollar as best I could.
I am not a professional so please see photos as this is the exact set you will receive.
