Appreciate that we open, inspect, add additional packing materials inside your chimes, then double box to be absolutely sure that they arrive in perfect condition. The factory box is very nice and will arrive clean. It folds allowing for easy storage in case you ever want to ship the chimes again (like to have them re-strung toward the end of the warrantee period) I have never had to do this but some customers do just in case.
