    VCR#3 / DDR#3 is a proof-like variety that was discovered by Garland Chapman in the early 1980s. It exhibits an "extra yoke" between the normal yoke and ox's ear. It is a bit harder to detect than the first two varieties as it is intermingled with other similarly sized design elements, pointing to the fact that one must look closely if all is to be found within this essentially busy design.
