GOAL: Our goal is your satisfaction. We strive to provide you with quality products at competitive prices. We understand that from time to time you may not be totally satisfied with your purchase, may receive an item with manufacturer defects or receive an item with shipping damage. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. However, due to widespread fraud, theft and abuse within the retail industry, we must take steps to protect you as well as ourselves. Therefore we have instituted a reasonable return policy that reflects some of the best practices within the retail industry.
RETURN POLICY:
TIME FRAME: You may generally return products purchased from us within 30 days after the delivery date, unless stated otherwise within the posting. Where a product is listed as non-refundable or with a different time frame anywhere within the posting, that time frame will supercede this general policy.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: You must request a return authorization prior to returning the product. Please use the return process of the platform on which you made the purchase of the item. Any product returned without prior authorization will be refused or denied a refund.
REASON: You may generally return a product to us for any reason, restrictions apply.
DEFECTS: You may return an item to us that is defective upon arrival or that becomes defective within 30 days of delivery. We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to replace the defective item, repair and return the defective item or submit the item to the manufacturer under the manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement to be returned to you.
CONDITION: All items must be returned in like new condition with all original parts and packaging as originally shipped to the buyer. If the returned item is missing parts or packaging we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the costs of replacement or the difference between the original sale price and a reduced price that we must sell the product for due to the missing parts or packaging. We reserve the right to deny and refuse any return of an item that exhibits: abuse, alteration, defacement, tampering, wear or any other evidence of user adulteration that would affect the ability for us to resell the item or that reasonably may have led to or caused any defect or failure of the item.
SHIPPING: Except for defects, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both initial delivery and return to us. Where we have listed a product as "free shipping", the buyer is responsible for our actual costs of shipment to the buyer. These costs will be deducted from any refund due the buyer.
RESTOCKING FEE: Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee will be deducted from any refund due the buyer.
LAW: Some items are prohibited by law from being resold once they have been opened or used. Any item within the scope of these laws and regulations are not returnable.
