CONDITION: Condition is Pre-Owned. They are in excellent condition and there are no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few bubbles in the glass from the glass blowing process, along with a few specks of carbon/ash, please see images. RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGE: We do not accept returns or exchanges. We will inspect each item prior to listing, and when necessary we will clean the item. We also reinspect the items prior to shipping to ensure the item is in the same condition as when we listed it. If the condition has changed, we will contact you for resolution. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can resolve any issues. We are easy to work with but are firm and fair. If your item arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and provide photos of the damage. Please do not attempt to fix, alter or repair the item. If the item arrives damaged, you agree to take photos of the item and packaging. These are REQUIRED for all Postal Insurance Claims.
SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE:
With eBay's new Managed Payments Process - Sellers are not receiving your payment for your purchased item for up to 6 days (eBay's processing time frame), and eBay DOES NOT process on Saturday or Sunday.
