Hi there, this is a brand new in package (NIP) or new with tags (NWT) pair of navy blue tights, with a diamond shaped geometric pattern,  by Gymboree for a girl, age 4-6 years. Please note that the pictures are generally a bit lighter than the actual navy/dark blue of these tights (the first and last picture is most accurate of the dark blue color).   According to the label, these will fit a girl with:
Height = 42 - 48 inches
Weight = 40 - 52 pounds
Material is 94% Nylon, 6% Spandex.
MSRP of .95.
