Vasa Trainer Pro Swim Bench Stainless Steel Rail
The Vasa Trainer Pro Bench is one of the better dry land swim training devices mainly for the upper body. You can also do other types of exercises, see You Tube.
In the past the monorail was made from stainless steel, today anodized aluminum is used; stainless steel is better in my opinion.  Doesn't come with the swim paddles, those things eventually break but you can get them from Vasa if you like. I find the exercise handles worked almost as well as the paddles. Also includes a straight exercise bar, two 10 pound weights, and resistance bungees and replacement guide wheels, although the current guide wheels have plenty of life in them.
The cushion on the bench has a small puncture, doesn't affect operation.
Legs can fold under to reduce the size to 91" x 24" x 13" for storage/transport.
